At CAFE, the holiday season isn’t just about the chill in the air or the joy of giving; it’s a time to immerse in the vibrant energy that thrives around us. From holiday preparations to joy-filled gatherings, we embrace the spirit wholeheartedly. This enthusiasm fueled our excitement to present the special holiday edition of our Laughing Loud Market, an event that brings together cannabis enthusiasts in a festive atmosphere like no other!

A Phenomenal Start

Our journey began in September 2023, with the inaugural Laughing Loud event. Opening our doors on September 23, we were greeted by an overwhelming turnout – a massive queue winding around the block and more than 800 attendees by night’s end. The success was beyond our wildest dreams, making it clear: Laughing Loud was here to stay.

The Holiday Edition

Fast forward to December 16, a chilly but magical evening, our doors opened once more for a holiday spectacle that warmed hearts and spirits alike.

A Marketplace Like No Other

Imagine wandering through a buzzing marketplace, each booth offering an exploration into the finest cannabis products Toronto has to offer. From edibles and pre-rolls to vapes and concentrates, nearly every vendor delighted visitors with free samples and exclusive deals for the night. The grand showcase included:

• A Diverse Cannabis Selection: Explore everything cannabis, from pre-rolls and fresh flower to concentrates.
• Exclusive Vendor Deals: Special offers available for one night only, making it the perfect opportunity to stock up or try something new.
• Interactive Fun with CAFE: Our booth featured a “spin the wheel” game, offering high-value prizes and engaging activities for all attendees.

Culinary Cannabis Delights

• Infused Eats and Treats: Chef Pat Newton and his team tantalized taste buds with a menu of quick bites, showcasing the delightful fusion of gourmet flavors and cannabis. Every dish was available infused or non-infused, catering to all preferences.
• The Mocktail and Food Experience: Our mocktail bar and food service area, managed by CAFE’s talented baristas and chefs, served up holiday-themed infused drinks and bites, keeping the festive spirit high and the atmosphere buzzing.

Art, Comedy, and Live Entertainment

• Live Painting and Puff & Paint: Featuring Ashante and Duro the 3rd, guests watched art come to life and even partook in mini painting classes.
• Laugh-Out-Loud Comedy: The comedy show, hosted by Lianne Malaudin, featured a lineup of top comedians, ensuring the night was filled with laughter, infused snacks, and unforgettable moments.

Special Celebrity Appearance

Highlighting the night was a special appearance by American rapper Dave East, marking his entry into the cannabis world with his brand, East Co, in collaboration with Golden Grams. This eagerly awaited partnership introduced a unique line of special flower, adding an exclusive touch to our holiday market.
